 CATHLINE JAMES

The journey to veganism; how to cut out animal products without losing out on the nutrition your body needs. It takes planning to be able to get enough protein, fibre and minerals such as iron and calcium, Vit. B12 and Omega – 3 fats from your new vegan diet.   Staying in tune to your individual body needs and allowing the transition to be based on trusted knowledge sources will pave the way to success.

Cathline James has started five diverse businesses; from agriculture, to high fashion, to food manufacturing and she has operated them successfully and profitably.  She is currently the founder and CEO of Wise Bites Collections Inc., a food manufacturing company that produces healthy baked goods free of the Top 11 Allergens in Richmond, BC.

 JEVRANNE MARTEL

As the Canada Outreach Coordinator for Vegan Outreach I have been able to travel all over Canada and impact as many students and the public as possible about the suffering of farmed animals. I am inspired daily by the changes I see in others and the compassion people show when they have been educated about the issues we face. I have been an active grass roots activist for 4 years, ever since finding out about the cruelty we face. This is extremely important to me as I believe in order for us to all be truly happy we need to ensure that there is the least amount of suffering possible on this planet. I support Vegan Outreach for many reasons. We have an amazing ability to reach millions of people with our outreaching material at schools, festivals and events all over.
