On her website she creates, photographs and shares wholesome plant-based recipes with the world, so that everyone can find out vegan food is actually insanely delish. She lives in Burnaby, BC and studies history at SFU when she's not busy making recipes. Her two published cookbooks are: Rawsome Vegan Baking and 100 Best Juices, Smoothies & Healthy Snacks. In her free time Emily loves hiking, biking, meditating and questioning everything.

Everyone has a different reason for eating vegan food. For us, we simply love animals and the planet and we just want everyone on Earth to be healthy and happy. Is that too much to ask? Vegan creeps into every aspect of our 30-something urban lives as we strive for balance between staying true to our hearts and reaching for the stars. We cover it all.
